I am particularly excited about this because Mrs Brown’s has long been a favourite of mine. It’s a great little outdoor cafe just by the children’s play park in Victoria Park – an ideal position for Little Blue House’s healthy snack range. They already sell a fantastic range of drinks and snacks as well as delicious toasties and bacon butties. The cafe fits right in with the sense of community in the park, with dog walkers, families and all sorts of local people meeting up to sit under the giant pine tree and enjoy a chat and something tasty to eat and drink.
If you’d like to keep informed with what’s going on at Mrs Brown’s follow them on Twitter @MrsBrownsCafe or on their Facebook page.
The second (slightly less momentous) news is that I’ve set up a Twitter account @BlueHouseSnacks so please give me a follow if you’re a fan of the tweet!
The snacks are still also available at Craftisan on Wells Road which is such a great place to take part in some crafting activities or just enjoy a coffee on a big sofa and watch the world go by. There are daytime and after school craft activities for children of all ages and great workshops for adults like ‘massage and mindful craft’. For more info have a look at their Facebook page: Craftisan Shop.
Please keep an eye out for more updates from Little Blue House!
